Ministerstvo zdravotnictví zakázalo z Česka vyvážet vakcínu Cervarix proti rakovině děložního čípku. Opatření má zajistit její dostupnost, protože se jí očkují zdarma třináctileté a čtrnáctileté děti.


Lékaři a pacienti si stěžují na její nedostatek, uvedlo dnes ministerstvo v předběžném opatření zveřejněném na webu. Rakovina děložního čípku je čtvrtou nejrozšířenější rakovinou na světě, chrání proti ní očkování.
Z dat Státního ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv podle ministerstva vyplývá, že je vakcína výrobce GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) vyvážená mimo Česko.

„Nejen v zájmu GSK, ale i plátců, je zajištění dostupnosti plně hrazené vakcíny, jak ukládá zákon, a nenavyšování dopadů do rozpočtu, které hrozí v případě výpadku a nutnosti úhrady nákladnější vakcíny,“ píše se v dokumentu. Distributoři mají zajistit, aby se vakcína nevyvážela.

Zdravotní pojišťovny hradí očkování dívkám od roku 2012, letos přibylo i očkování pro chlapce, kteří mohou být přenašeči HPV viru. Hrozí jim ale i jím způsobovaná rakovina penisu a vědci zkoumají souvislost s rakovinou konečníku. Virus je původcem také nádorů mandlí nebo kořenu jazyka.

V západní Evropě rakovinou děložního čípku onemocní deset žen ze 100.000, v Česku se týká 15 žen ze 100.000. Výskyt rakoviny děložního čípku se v ČR sice snižuje, ale úmrtnost dosahuje 40 procent. Každoročně lékaři odhalí v Česku asi 1000 nových případů.

Nejvíce jsou ohroženy ženy ve věku 30 až 40 let. Onemocnění se ale týká i starších žen, u nichž je vyšší riziko úmrtí, protože méně často chodí na pravidelné preventivní gynekologické prohlídky. U mužů je odhalení počátečního stádia ještě obtížnější.

Omezit cirkulaci viru v populaci má omezit očkování. Bez doplatku je základní vakcína, která působí na 70 procent nádorů způsobených HPV. Další, která chrání až před 90 procenty nemocí způsobených HPV, stojí kolem 2000 korun za každou ze dvou dávek. Pročkovanost dívek je v Česku podle lékařů jen asi 50 procent.

Vyvážení léků a dalších přípravků z Česka je velký problém. Ročně se v Česku distribuují léky za 70 miliard korun, přičemž v roce 2015 se podle lékového ústavu legálně vyvezlo 6,3 milionu balení za tři miliardy korun. Hodnota legálně vyvezených léků je tedy asi dvacetinásobná ve srovnání s odhalenými nelegálními vývozy.
