Alergie na lepek se projevuje zažívacími problémy. Často se jedná o průjmy, které se objeví několik minut po konzumaci lepku.
Méně nápadným příznakem je bolest břicha. U žen může být zaměněna za gynekologické potíže.
Alergici často trpí také plynatostí a pocitem nafouklého břicha.
Zejména u dětí se alergie projevuje změnami chování. Jsou více podrážděné a často pláčou.
Lepek je obsažený ve velkém množství výrobků. Je přítomen v pšenici, žitu, ječmeni i ovsu.
Bezlepkové výrobky, které jsou vhodné pro alergiky i celiaky, jsou označeny mezinárodním symbolem v podobě přeškrtnutého klasu.

Alergie na lepek je citlivost na jinak neškodné látky – v tomto případě směsi bílkovin, které jsou obsaženy v žitě, pšenici a dalších obilovinách. Často je nesprávně zaměňována za celiakii což je autoimunitní onemocnění, které je důsledkem nesnášenlivosti lepku.  Na rozdíl od ní je alergie jen dočasná, často dokonce sama odezní. 

Alergie se od potravinové intolerance znatelně liší. Zatímco alergie je synonymum pro reakci imunitního systému, intolerance znamená trvalé poškození metabolismu, kdy v těle nemocného například chybí enzym, který danou složku v potravině zpracovává. Na rozdíl od alergie je celiakie celoživotní onemocnění, které se nedá úplně vyléčit. Alergie na lepek může být zjištěna dětem i dospělým.

Příznaky alergie na lepek

Alergie na lepek se s celiakií často zaměňuje také proto, že má téměř totožné příznaky. Těmi jsou hlavně nadměrné trávicí potíže jako:

  • Nafouklé břicho
  • Plynatost
  • Bolest břicha
  • Průjem
  • Zácpa

Může se ale projevovat také svěděním v krku nebo ústech, rýmou, dušností, kopřivkou nebo ekzémem. Ale zatímco příznaky celiakie přicházejí pozvolna a zažívací potíže se objevují zhruba hodiny až dny po konzumaci lepku, v případě alergie se reakce dostaví v rozmezích několika minut od požití. Zejména pak u dětí můžeme pozorovat změny chování. Konkrétně:

  • Zvýšenou podrážděnost
  • Poruchy spánku
  • Neutišitelný pláč

Léčba

Jedinou vhodnou léčbou alergie je vynechání či omezení jejího spouštěče, tím je v tomto případě lepek. Množství, které imunitní reakci spouští, je u každého jedince individuální, a tak zatímco někomu stačí lepek pouze omezit, jiní nesnesou ani jeho stopy, které se v některých potravinách nachází.

Jako podpůrnou léčbu lze užívat antihistamika, které příznaky alergické reakce mírní. Toleranci organismu může zvýšit také alergenová vakcinace.

Bezlepková dieta

Dočasná bezlepková dieta je zatím jediným možným řešením pro alergiky. Ze svého jídelníčku by tedy měli odstranit všechny potraviny, které tuto látku obsahují, tedy:

  • Pšenici
  • Žito
  • Ječmen
  • Oves

Lepek však mohou obsahovat i suroviny, u kterých by to člověk vůbec nepředpokládal, a to například uzeniny, instantní potraviny, dochucovadla, některé cukroviny, jogurty, pivo či léky a potravinové doplňky. V potravinářském průmyslu se také často používají pšeničné sirupy, které mohou obsahovat stopy lepku. Většina potravin má dnes naštěstí i svou bezlepkovou verzi – včetně pečiva, piva a uzenin.

Domácí test na nesnášenlivost lepku

Zdali vás trápí náhodou netrápí nesnášenlivost lepku, lze dnes zjistit i pomocí domácího testu, který je volně prodejný v lékárnách.

Vyšetření alergie na lepek

Zatímco k diagnostice celiakie musíte navštívit gastroenterologa, zda na lepek jste nebo nejste alergičtí, vám řekne vás alergolog pomocí krevních nebo imunologických testů.

Možná rizika

Kromě zažívacích problémů se při neléčené alergii může objevit takzvaná anafylaktická reakce, kdy nemocnému otékají dýchací cesty, což ho přímo ohrožuje na životě. Pokud takový stav nastane, je potřeba neodkladně vyhledat lékařskou pomoc.

Dobrý den, píši vám protože doufám že se někdo stim co mám setkal. Vim přesně kdy můj problém začal. Před 2 lety jsem byla na oslavě narozenin a snědla jsem tam 2rolky z chrestem a 2 vajíčka v remulade. Do 2 hodin zvracení a průjem. Od te doby denně po dobu 2 let bolesti kolem pupku tutiz streva pocit nafoukleho břicha,průjem křeče. Je jedno co jim. Prakticky nejim, ale pozor vaha dolů nejde, ale na opak. Křeče řeším Buskopanem, prujem nechavam projit neni porad. K doktorovi nemuzu, to radeji umru. Jestli to nekdo prosim ma napiste mi na muj email co stim. Jo a porad mi ve střevech skrunka jako kdyz tam mam vetrelce. A mam hlad az je mi spatne a kdyz se najim tak mam zase vetrelce ve strevech. Ty problémy mam do nekolika minut. Dekuji komukoliv.

Dobrý den! Vy to píšete jako fakta, ale platí to jenom většinou, projevy mohou být i atypické viz třeba https://vsestihnu.cz/media/jak-se-projevuje-alergie-na-lepek a pak už jen těžko poznáte, co vám vlastně je. V nemocnici nám dokonce odmítli proplatit testy, prý je to nadstandard nebo co. Asi čekají, až se něco stane, aby následná léčba byla 10x dražší...

Dobrý den, pane Nový, děkujeme Vám za doplnění informací, avšak popsané příznaky jsou velmi nespecifické (mohou se vázat na spoustu dalších jiných onemocnění). Nelze se zlobit na lékaře - tato vyšetření jsou následně předávána pojišťovnám k proplacení, a pokud není indikace vybraná vyšetření provést, pojišťovna to nemocnici nezaplatí. Redakce Zdraví.Euro.cz
